Meat Production Supervisor Position

Daily Duties

  • Overall Management of Cutting tables pertaining to movement
    of Personnel according to Production needs, maintaining a
    proper flow of meat to maximize utilization of resources,
    Implementation of all USDA, HACCP Regulations
  • Monitor Product fabrication as to conformance with product
    and Customer specifications
  • Monitor all Machine utilization in order to maximize
    Production
  • Supervise Personnel assigned as to compliance with Job
    Requirements and internal Rules and Regulations.

Training

  • Proper cutting/ trimming / scrapping and boating of various cuts of
    meat as to conform with specifications and maximize presentation.
  • HACCP in plant training, USDA guidelines and regulations.
  • Quality standard controls for all products and production lines.
