Braised Lamb Shank and Goat Cheese Sliders

Ingredients

Pulled meat from 4 braised Cedar Springs or Shepherd’s Pride lamb shanks
4 ounces goat cheese
1 cup fresh flat leaf spinach or arugula
Silver dollar rolls

Directions

Mix warmed pulled lamb shank meat with goat cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Place meet and cheese mixture on warm roll; top with a few pieces of spinach or arugula. Enjoy Braided Lamb Shank and Goat Cheese Sliders today!
