Moore Family Lamb Chop Recipe

Ingredients

6 Cedar Springs or Shepherd’s Pride lamb loin chops
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon lemon pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl combine all spices. Rub spices generously on both sides of the loin chop.
  2. Place loin chops on grill and sear meat at medium high heat—about 3-5 minutes on each side.
  3. Once loin chops have been seared on both sides, set them up on the bone so it is facing the direct heat. Doing this provides less flare up and keeps your meat juicy and delicious.
