Sweet &Tangy Barbecued Baby Back Lamb Ribs

Ingredients

2 to 3 pounds Cedar Springs or Shepherd’s Pride Cedar Springs or Shepherd’s Pride baby back ribs, trimmed
1-1/4 cups prepared barbecue sauce
1/4 cup grape jelly
2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

1. Place ribs in large stock pot; cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, for 1-1 ½ hours.

2. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until jelly is dissolved. Remove from heat.

3. When ribs are done, remove from stock pot; discard water. Pat dry with paper towels to remove excess water. Cut into two rib portions.

4. Place ribs over medium coals or medium gas grill grate; turning frequently for 7-10 minutes. During the last 2 minutes of grilling, brush each side with reserved sauce. Remove from grill and serve.
